Check-in and departure times and how do I gain access?
Check-in from 2pm onwards and please depart before 10am. Instructions before your stay will be provided on how to obtain your key.
What do I need to bring on my holiday?
We provide 10 x Pillows, 2 x Double Duvets and 4 x Single Duvets. No other linen is provided, so you should bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. If the weather is likely to be cold you may also wish to consider packing additional blankets.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, NO pets are allowed on the site at Burnham-on-Sea.
Will there be an iron and ironing board available?
YES, both will be available, during your stay.
Where is the nearest Cash Machine?
A cash machine is located in the on site Mini Market.
Can I hire a cot and/or highchair?
Cots and Highchairs are available for hire direct from the Haven reception (subject to availability). Havens travel cots are designed to fit in the main living area only and not in any of the bedrooms.
What if I am arriving late?
If it is likely you will arrive after 9:30pm please call us and we will give you the code prior to your arrival for the sites security barrier.
Can I have visitors?
You can have day visitors, but they cannot stay overnight.
The whole park is flat.
Haven Fun Passes?
Haven Fun Passes are NOT INCLUDED in the cost of your holiday, you can purchase Fun Passes to access facilities by visiting the Haven Reception on-site. Fun Passes allow you access to the entertainment complex, the pools, participate in the kids activities, and use the leisure and entertainment facilities - which includes the bars, restaurants, and some sports and leisure activities. Some activities are subject to an additional cost. Please check with the site for full details.
How and when do I have to pay for the holiday fully?
A depoist must be paid within 7 days of booking, with the balance plus a care & respect bond due at least 6 weeks before your stay.
Can I cancel my Holiday?
If you have not paid the deposit or any other outstanding balance for the holiday, or you are unable to honour the booking for any reason whatsoever, then please contact us immediately. This will give us more chance to re-sell the dates. You may need to claim on your insurance in order to obtain a refund of any monies paid. See our full terms and conditions on the booking page.
Is the caravan disabled friendly?
Is smoking allowed in the caravan?
There is a NO SMOKING policy in all the caravans.
What is the maximum occupancy of the caravan?
8 persons at a time can stay in the caravan.
What storage is available?
Along with standard cupboards and wardrobes, there is a large storage space under the double bed.
Are there any utility charges during my stay e.g. gas or electric?
These are provided free for fair use only. In the event of excessive use of either Gas and/or Electricity you will face additional charges. Take care when the weather is cold, not to keep heating on when unattended or when rooms have reached a comfortable temperature. Electric/Hybrid vehicles MUST NOT be charged from the caravan, as this is excessive use of electricity and you will be charged for the additional usage.
Can I have a Barbecue?
Yes you can. For safety reasons, please keep barbecues away from the holiday home and use a non-disposable barbecue.
When do you hire your caravan out?
We mainly let on a Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday and during the main 6 weeks holiday Saturday to Saturday , but if you have a date range we don't list, please ask us, as we may be able to accommodate you.
